How it's made

From capture to walkable model

01 360° capture. High-resolution 360° capture inside the auditorium.
02 3D model. The tour opens inside the hall, then pulls out to the dollhouse: the whole venue as one 3D model.

01 · The challenge

The venue needed a digital asset that worked as a sales tool, not just a visual showcase.

  • Organizers had to evaluate capacity, layout and backstage logistics without an on-site visit.
  • The experience had to communicate scale, technical features and circulation clearly enough to support negotiations.

02 · The solution

A structured 3D navigation experience from high-resolution 360° captures processed in Matterport — with spatial measurements, floor plans and hotspots on the stage, access routes and dressing rooms, guiding visitors like a real site inspection.

03 · Results

  • Remote venue evaluation: layout, dimensions and backstage flow without a visit.
  • Commercial-ready: measurements and notes turn the tour into a planning tool.
  • Fewer exploratory visits and faster early-stage negotiations.
  • Hotspots help non-technical stakeholders understand the space quickly.
