Overview

Two venue sites under one roof. Pepsi Center WTC — one of the country's most important concert venues — leads with its upcoming-concerts billboard, each show linking to details and ticket sales. Sala Pepsi Black, a renovated ~400-seat auditorium opened in 2025, splits visitors by intent: I want tickets, I have tickets, or I want to host an event.

GA4 + GTM tracking

01 · The challenge

The original site ran on a legacy stack (HTML, CSS, PHP and vanilla JS) that slowed the whole team down.

  • Operational friction: marketing couldn't update the concert billboard without code changes.
  • Scalability & SEO: weak organic performance and trouble with traffic spikes when big shows were announced.
  • UX debt: an outdated mobile experience made event details and ticket links hard to find.

02 · The solution

Migrated the event infrastructure to Webflow CMS collections with custom API integrations, restructured the architecture and metadata for SEO, and wired GA4 + GTM from day one. Sala Pepsi Black followed on the same foundation.

03 · Results

  • New events launched in minutes instead of hours, with zero reliance on developers.
  • Better indexing and higher organic visibility for trending concert searches.
  • Faster, mobile-first pages that stay stable during high-traffic on-sale windows.
